Recently, Pro Net Sport’s had a customer come in for some twine to tie on a used hockey frame he purchased online. We thought nothing of it until he showed up later that day with photos of the frame he picked up. Although the frame appeared to have seen better days, it was a hockey frame rich in Toronto Maple Leaf’s history. This frame had been used for game use at Maples Leaf Gardens from 1995-1998. It was then used for special events into the early 2000’s. To think that players such as Doug Gilmour, Wendel Clark & Felix Potvin had played & used this very frame gave it very special meaning. Not only did this customer purchase a piece of NHL history, but he also received some unused Pro Net Sports hockey netting and accessories along with it. It was great to see how well our product stands the test of time. All the netting and accessories looked just as good as the day we made them. Thank you for sharing this piece with us!
